Method 1: Go to the dash cam menu and adjust or disable G-sensor sensitivity.
Method 2: In the app, go to “Settings” > “G-sensor” to adjust sensitivity or turn it off
●Make sure the microphone icon on the screen is turned on.
●If there’s still no sound, restore the dash cam to factory settings and try recording again. (Back up important f iles f irst!)
Ensure your phone is connected to the dash cam’s Wi-Fi. Keep the distance between phone and dash cam within 5 meters.
Hold the power button for 6–8 seconds until you hear two beeps.
The device will reset to factory settings. Try reconnecting after reset.

Turn on Wi-Fi from the dash cam’s settings menu. On your phone, go to WLAN settings, f ind “X7_cam,” enter password 12345678, and connect. The Wi-Fi icon on the screen will turn green once connected.
Yes. Once the car starts and powers the dash cam, it will begin recording automatically. You can operate it using the screen or the app.
You’ll need to purchase and install a hardwire kit. Once properly connected, the dash cam will activate “Time-lapse recording” for 24-hour surveillance.
If your phone only supports single-band Wi-Fi, you won’t receive 4G/5G data while connected. However, calls can still be received.

download videos in the app or view files directly from the SD card on a computer.
